Heart & Soil was founded in 2020 by Paul Saladino, MD so more people could enjoy the nourishment of organs in a clean, convenient and taste-free capsule. Since then, hundreds of thousands of people have reclaimed their health, and now so can you.
Our ancestors were physically active in their 70’s! Overall, they were healthier and stronger than we are today. What was their secret? Eating animals nose to tail. The hunt, as you can imagine, was challenging so no part of the animal went to waste. Our ancestors especially treasured organs—like liver, heart, kidney, and spleen. Organs are the most nutrient-rich foods on the planet. You can get 100 times more nutrients from organs compared to muscle meats! They include everything your body needs to thrive: vitamins, minerals, peptides, proteins, and growth factors. That’s why our ancestors were strong, virile, and vital! That’s how they thrived generation after generation in the world’s harshest environments. And that’s why we’re making treasured organs easily accessible
We source all of our our organs from regenerative farms that improve the health of the ecosystem and sequester carbon to help fend off climate change. We love and nourish the land and the animals, so that they love and nourish you even more. We put our heart into caring for the soil and the animals. We support regenerative agriculture from farms in New Zealand and the United States.
This is why we believe so deeply in only sourcing from animals raised in ways that respect our most primordial grandfathers and grandmothers - the oceans, trees, soil, air, and animals of this planet who all deserve our utmost gratitude and deepest reverence.

We understand we aren't the only farm selling humane and regenerative meat and poultry online. We do, however, want you to understand how the dollars you spend with our farm impact the world you live in. If you're just getting to know us, allow us to introduce ourselves…
White Oak Pastures is a six generation family farm in south Georgia, pasture-raising 10 species of livestock, eggs, organic vegetables, honey, and other things. We do this on almost 5,000 acres of land, in a radically traditional way.
White Oak Pastures is Radically Traditional Farming. Every day, we butcher meat from animals raised in a regenerative manner using humane animal management practices. This is no easy task, but it is our passion. To operate our vertically integrated, zero-waste model, it takes 155+ caring people working together to accomplish a common goal: taking care of our land and our livestock.
We are fiercely committed to the well-being of our animals, as well as the quality of meat we provide to our customers. We honor that commitment by treating our animals with dignity and respect from the day they are born throughout their entire lives, including the day they are slaughtered.
Around The Farm is our blog with articles about regenerative agriculture, unique local products, a little Georgia history, and inspirational profiles of our fantastic staff. Plus, you'll be invited to all our upcoming events.
There should be at least one resilient food production system in every agricultural county in the United States of America- and here is how we are going help.
